Refund policy

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages or if you receive a wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make things right for you. In case you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the return to be processed. Please be aware that as the customer, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Refunds

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations.
